• What is your 99.9% total uptime guarantee?
  On all of our virtual hosting packages, we guarantee 99.9% total uptime. This includes server hardware, server software, network, and power uptime. If we do not meet this, you can receive up to 100% of your monthly fee back.
• What happens if 99.9% total uptime isn't reached?
  In the unusual circumstance that we don't meet 99.9% total uptime (for virtual hosting packages) in any given month, send us an email. We will gladly refund up to 10% of your monthly fee for each hour your site is down up to 100% of your monthly hosting fee.
• What about your money back guarantee?
  If for any reason, within 14 days of creating your account with us,you are unhappy with our services, we will refund 100% of any hosting and services fees you have paid us. We'll even help you make sure your move to another service provider is smooth and your site remains up throughout the entire process. We don't want you to leave. We want to satisfy your every web hosting need. But we realize that sometimes it's necessary and we want to make it as uneventful as possible.
